From a broken part to a finished replacement
The whole process is handled remotely – you send the component, we do the rest.
Send the component by courier
Pack the original or damaged part and send it to us. We come back with a quote once you send photos – ship it after you accept the offer.
A fixed price, agreed up front
Once we have the photos we propose a single, fixed sum for the whole job – we do not bill by the hour. If the component turns out to be harder than it looked in the photos, we absorb that cost.
Scanning and the 3D model
We scan the component with a Creality CR-Scan Raptor (0.02 mm accuracy) and produce a finished STL or STEP file. Time: 2-5 business days, depending on how complex the geometry is.
A file or a finished part
We deliver the 3D file by email, or print the finished replacement and send it by courier. The original component comes back with your order.

The CR-Scan Raptor handles objects from 5×5×5 mm to 2000×2000×2000 mm, which covers the vast majority of parts found in machines and equipment.

Manufacturers and maintenance teams
A broken part on a production line can bring a whole plant to a halt. A quick scan and a printed replacement are often the only way to resume work without waiting weeks for the original assembly from the manufacturer.
Workshops and service centres
If you regularly repair machines, mowers or household appliances and keep running into discontinued parts – instead of waiting weeks for an import, you send us the worn component to be scanned.
Designers and engineers
Need a precise starting point for further design work based on an existing part? A scan and a CAD model give you exact geometry without drawing it from scratch.

Industrial vacuum cleaner drive – scan + reverse engineering
A worn drive component with no OEM replacement available. The part was scanned, the lower section with its square-shaft mounting was redrawn from scratch in CAD, and the finished replacement was printed within 48 hours.

A worn drive with no replacement
The customer sent us a worn drive component from an industrial vacuum cleaner. The manufacturer offers no replacement and the import time runs to several weeks. Our print is on the left, the original on the right.

3D scan + CAD reconstruction
The upper part of the housing was scanned with the CR-Scan Raptor. The lower section with its square drive shaft mounting was redrawn from scratch in CAD – the original was too worn to read the geometry from.

A finished replacement in 48h
The part was printed in ABS – a material that withstands the temperatures and mechanical loads typical of drive components. It fitted perfectly; the customer confirmed it went in without modification.

Frequently asked questions
Is scanning possible if the part is damaged?
Yes – in most cases. If at least 70-80% of the geometry is intact, a scan lets us reconstruct the missing sections. Describe the damage and we will assess whether it is feasible.
Do I need to know what the original part was made of?
No. We select the printing material based on functional requirements: working temperature, mechanical loads and contact with water or chemicals.
Which formats will I receive the 3D file in?
As standard, STL (ready to print) and STEP (parametric, for editing in CAD). OBJ and PLY are available on request.
How quickly will I get a quote?
We send the quote by email within 24 hours of receiving photos of the component. For urgent jobs – say so in your message.
Can I order a larger batch of identical parts?
Yes. Once the 3D model is prepared we print any number of copies – the model stays in our archive, so a repeat order does not require rescanning. For batches above 10 pieces we agree individual pricing.
How much does 3D scanning cost?
Rates start from PLN 100 (~€23) for the service. We do not bill by the hour – once we have seen the photos we propose a single, fixed sum for the whole job. If the component turns out during the work to be more demanding than it looked in the photos, we carry that risk ourselves – the price does not change.
Do you travel to the customer?
We normally work remotely – you send the component by courier. Within a 50-100 km radius of Czerwin (Mazowieckie / Podlaskie provinces) a visit to the customer is also possible, by prior arrangement.
How long does the scanning itself take?
That depends on the size and complexity of the component. Simple, small parts take us a few dozen minutes to scan. More demanding geometries – a car light with fine detail, for example – can take 3-4 hours of scanning alone.

Nothing is passed on to anyone else – every scan and CAD model goes through me from start to finish.
